June 2008 : NeKaMo Camp Cherith

For the past three summers we have taken Autumn to a girls camp in Warsaw, Mo. I grew up at this camp and went every summer for 20 years. I started out as a camper and continued going after high school as a counselor. I love this camp. My mom has been going for almost 40 years and the friends that you make here are like family. Every year you pick back up where you left off the summer before. This summer Autumn was there for 2 weeks with Grandma and we visited her during the weekend. She was sooooo happy to see us. She actually couldn't stop crying because she had missed us so much and was soooo excited to see her brothers. Did I mention that she is the BEST big sister ever? She loves her brothers so much! She had a great time and made a lot of friends.


This was Father's Day weekend so we secretly made Daddy a #1 Daddy Shirt. We celebrated Father's Day by taking him to eat brunch at MiMi's. Then it was time to take him back to the clinic for his afternoon treatment.
