A Date With My Little Man & A New Anniversary...

Lucas and I had a Dawma date this weekend courtesy of my boss. He gave me 2 free tickets to the second game at the new Livestrong soccer stadium. Our family has never really been into Soccer but the stadium is beautiful! We started our date off by visiting a local cheese store where we picked out some fancy cheese. Lucas is a huge cheese connoisseur and is even working on a cheese project at his mom's house. He just LOVES cheese! :) So after we picked some new ones to try, we had dinner and then made our way to the stadium.

We put the top down on the car and left work early for our date...

Our seats were on the front row, right on the grass. It was awesome!

The fan section behind the goals were crazy...bands...dancing...screaming and loving soccer....

We got some great action shots and loved it when they scored a goal. The crowd went crazy!

It was a great game in a beautiful new stadium!

 We had a great date night and Lucas asked if we could make an anniversary for us...and since we went to the game on June 17th we should make that our special day....so he is planning our next adventure for next year. Isn't that sweet? And, that night when we got home we all gathered around the kitchen table and tried our new cheeses. Lucas said that our cheese tasting was one of his dreams. He had always wanted to stand around our little table, with a cheese tray, talking and laughing while we tried new cheese. He said it was a dream come true. I love it that my baby is happy with new things, spending time with his family and going on dates with his mommy! If only it would last.......
