Since Lucas' school doesn't offer any band or strings classes until 5th grade, he is taking private Violin lessons. He had a showcase a few weeks ago that let us really see how much he has learned. He played a duo with his teacher as well as 2 songs on his own. He was a little nervous but did a fantastic job! I love it that the kids are following in Scott's footsteps and embracing music as their own. One day we will have a band!
